Kenshin: Tales of the Meiji

I have only one more dvd in the Kyoto saga too watch. And I can safely say that Kenshin has succesfully made the cut as one of my personal favorites ever, something VERY few anime has ever made with me.

However, concerning the third story arc, I've heard people saying it's not that good. What are everyone's comments on the final arc? Good or Bad?
