Does amyone know this title? I rented the first DVD a while ago and was wondering if it has any overall plot and isn't just episodic. It's sort of a spy/action show set in Europe.

I saw a preview of this on one of my Pioneer discs. The feeling I get is that it's primarily episodic, but I don't know for sure.
