CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Has anyone else seen this awesome anime? Recently I bought the first 3 DVD's of it, not knowing what to expect. I watched them and I couldn't stop laughing through most of it! It's a spoof on the Mecha genre. So, has anyone else seen it? What did you think of it?

I have the first dvd and I must admit it's pretty funny. I forgot I had it ... how many total dvds in the series, do you know?

I saw the first episode during Toonami's Giant Robot Week last year, and I thought it was excellent. I will probably buy the complete series at some point.

It looks a lot more realistic (using the term loosely ), than other mech anime series, especially in the sense that there is only one mech, it takes more than one person to pilot, and it is not indestructible.

Ditto. It is very funny. I would really like to buy the box sets-- someday.

i was at the store and i bought metropolis instead.... im such an idiot! i should have bought it! after the review i just read from you guys i wanted to run out and buy it right away! Im gonna add it to my neverending list of things that i want for xmas.

Yeah, that's a great show. I too saw it on CN and had to buy it. It's very good, and that's exactly like what working in an office is like! (Well, OK, not exactly....)

I am very interested in this anime, it's on my list of stuff to watch in the future.
