HK DVDs

Are HK DVDs all illegal bootlegs??? :eyebrow:

Not ALL of them are illegal but most of anime and american movies that are put in DVD form and sold in HK are.

People say that HK anime DVDs which are subtitled in English are illegal... but what if there isn't any English version dubbed or subbed? Is it OK to buy them then???

I can't really answer that question. If I can't buy it from America, I usually search for the Japanese DVD's.
