Saiunkoku Monogatari

Has anyone seen this? I've read some reviews on it, and it sounds right up my ally, but none of them were from a Christian perspective, so I'm left in the dark as to content.

Some of my favorite shoujo titles are: Fruits Basket, Ouran High School Host Club, DN Angel and Air TV, just to give you an idea of what I like.

Considering the genre, I doubt there is too much violence to worry about - what I'm mainly leery about is nudity/sex/yaoi/yuri content. It sounds like maybe two main characters play that they are a shounen ai couple, but are, in fact, straight. Is this all there is, or are there other instances?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as all the places where I would try to watch it online seem to have it recently removed, and even Netflix is missing the first volume...I'd rather not buy it until I am certain I won't regret it, since it seems a rather pricey series...

Saiunkoku is awesome.

It does have BL hints-- the main character thinks that two individuals are gay-- but they aren't really. There are some scenes with sexual tension but nothing gets anywhere; I'd put them at a PG level. Other than that it's totally clean.

But it's awesome and the best and you should watch it.
