Getting an anime club started...

Hey, guys. I searched several times and didn't see a previous thread on this (although I could swear there was one). I'm thinking of starting an anime club, but there are several touchy factors. One, I'm in the UK. Two, it would be located on the US military base I go to school on (and my parents work on).

I can't do much of anything this year, since I think I should wait until I'm officially in ninth grade, and also I want all the time I can get to set things up. I know I have to get permissions from the companies that own the anime I would be showing -- ADV has a program for anime clubs, for one -- and make sure there are good ground rules and everything...

Is there any advice an experienced club member or founder could give me?
