um i cant get into the chat room cause i need this pluggin and when i download it it says to install it but i dont know how

That would be Java. If it offers you to install it, just accept it
Otherwise, Google for Java, and find a download.

Are you an administrator on your computer? If not, then you'll have to get on an administrative account.
