I'm not one that likes to ask for help very often, but this 1 has me stumped. Ok I use Nero as my burning program, i have a cdr drive, how can i get it to play in truck/car, mp3 format isnt working nor any other method... will i have to get different types of cds? or perhaps a new burner? anycase hit me up with anything that might be helpful, thanks in advance.

You're burning mp3 cds? Try burning the stuff as a redbook audio cd.
When you hit new in Nero, make a new audio cd - it'll write a regular cd that can play in any cd player. It won't hold as much, but if your cd player doesn't support mp3, I doubt it would support wma, ogg, ra, au, aiff, aac, or any other computer format. Same discs, same burner, it's just a change in the format.

Could be, some older CD players won't read CDR's.

Some DVD systems don't read cdr's as well. I thin it definitly is that, becuase it's somewhat happened to me, using nero mind you, which works really good with basically everything.
