Trying to make a web page

Yeah, a webpage....what is it anyway? Is it kinda like a website??? My internet connection let's me make one, but do they cost money? Also, what is and ISP user? Thanks for any help!

Err, there are certainly better qualified people to explain ISPs, but it basically stands for Internet Service Provider. Cox, NetZero, PacBell, anycompany you can get internet service thru is an ISP. (Quick note: IP addresses are something different.)
And a webpage is well, just one page of a website. A website is the sum of it's pages. Everytime you click on a button, it takes you to a new webpage within a website. Get it?

Website=webpage, it just depends on who you ask :) It shouldn't cost you anything to have one if your ISP gives you the space to host it. But you will have to create it yourself, or have someone do it for you, which could cost you :)
