Help with backgrounds.

I am trying to come up with my own manga but i have come up with a problem . I cant draw back grounds for the life of me. i also dont put them on my regular drawings because the always look a little off. Can everyone please give me ideas on how to come up with and realistically render nice backgrounds thnx all :jump:
