And now the pictures from the first annual unofficial California CAA Meet Market, which was organized over a long preparation period of approximately thirty seconds because oldphilosopher cannot hold his concentration for any further extended duration.

We look forward to expanding this in-depth opportunity for social and fellowship development in the near future.

Also, since some people have asked, here is the pinnacle of tourism in San Bernardino County (second only to the Coroner's office, which receives frequent business), the $50-at-WalMart Server Rack, one of which houses a system that CAA people will be very familiar with in the near future (*cough*djnozwheresthatbutton*cough*).

Yay! So that's where Helsinki came from ... I wondered about that.

I love the captions all over the pics. And the Soul Caliber is in the Dreamcast - right where it belongs.

All the servers are named after Scandinavian cities; that was just some naming convention I adopted (don't ask, I'm not even Scandinavian myself ;) ). There's going to be an oslo.floodgap.com in the near future once I get the money/rack space.

Naturally, although I did mow down a few pedestrians in Crazy Taxi yesterday, too.

Yes. It was horrible! He had me trapped there playing on the BSD subsystem while he smacked people around in a convertable taxi! Ugh! Oh and for anyone curious, if you think there is going to be an earth quake in the greater LA area, DON'T go visit that aptmnt!

It's cluttered, but it IS clean! (I'm not a *total* buy-in of the bachelor stereotype. )

Granted, the monitor on top of thule isn't the sturdiest arrangement ... I might find some struts or a belt to lash it to the top rack shelf. As for the CDs, I'll just have to go buy a new rack set.

(referring to pic #3)

Who is this Doctor Pepper, and is she pretty?

To Shooraijin's credit, his apartment does not SMELL like a bachelor pad. :thumb:

That would be an absolute riot if I *did* start dating a fellow MD-OTOS (that's MD of the opposite sex) whose last name was Pepper. After all, I'm always seen with Dr Pepper.

Thank you for vouching for my apartment stench/lack thereof. :P
