I just dropped in so I might tell some more about myself.. ^_^

Real name: Laura

Age: 16

Gender: female

lives in: Netherlands

languages: Dutch, English, German and a little French, Indonesian, Maastrichts (dialect), Japanese (very few words)... Why so many? School, place, family, church and anime. =P

Status: Single

Dislikes: repetive complaining, overdiscussed topics, stereotypes, heat, too many languages at the same time... and leek. XD

Likes: Good food, peace, quiet environments, writing stories, anime & manga, detective stories, the melody of reasoning..

music: Yoko Kanno, Maaya Sakamoto, Steve Conte, Tanaka Rie and several songs of Yuki Kajiura

All time fave anime/manga: Fruits Basket, Wolf's Rain, Gundam SEED, Yuugiou.... umm..

Special:
- Although I live in the Netherlands, I go to church to the Lighthouse Aachen in Germany.. We live 30 km from the border, so it's not that far.
- I recently discovered that my earringholes have never closed after 10 years of not trying.
- I always wanted to be unique.. I have yet to find a Dutch Christian anime fan like me to be not unique.
- I am bad in languages.
- I have a favorite verse/quote/motto: "And You will know the truth and the truth shall make you free!" It motivates me so much to draw/write. O_o
- I dress badly.
- I have a little brother of 12, who's already taller than me..... T_T

Feel free to ask. :D

Cool, the Netherlands ^___^

So how do you go to church in Germany but live in the Netherlands..? ^^;

Oh! I like Yoko Kanno too! Well, at least her work on Cowboy Bebop, I haven't heard much else yet.

Anyway...you're from the Netherlands...have you ever heard of this DJ called Tiësto? I think he's from there...eh, but I really like his music. So I was just wondering ^^; Hope you don't mind if I ask...

Well, see ya around :D

Great, I'm not the only one :D

Well, I was only 10 or 11 (?).. In my town there are very few churches (catholic ch. not included).. My mother got bored with those and stopped going there. Later she had been in contact with a friend living in Aachen.. the building is full of students, so it's surely a lot more modern than those in my hometown. And Maastricht is 30 minutes from that church by car, and 1 hour by bus.. that shouldn't be a problem.. ^_^

Yep, he's a dutchman :) But I'm not really into trance/dance music ^^;

Let's see it's November and I just realized I never said hi to you properly. Hello. :) Glad to have you here.

Since you like Fruits Basket, do you like Kyo? He hates leeks too. ;) He's one of my favorites.

It's quite funny because I have a very Dutch name from my grandfather and some people are surprised to see that I look Asian ^^;
