Hey there everyone v: I was told about this forum by a good friend of mine and it looks pretty sweet so I decided to join!

About me.. hrm. (I'm always bad at these lol)
I'm mainly into gaming and.. anime xD (whoah no wai)
Uhh.. and a sophomore in college going into East Asian studies+Japanese 0:

Well I haven't gotten into very many series yet to be honest xD; But so far it'd probably be One Piece.

If "know" equals fluency.. someday. xD I currently can probably hold a basic conversation.

I don't think I could pick just one game for this, lol. Currently I'm playing Metroid Prime: Echoes to put together a speedrun, and Ragnarok Online, an MMO that's been my "game of the moment" for quite some time. xD

goldenspines: Awesome. xD I've mainly only watched it thus far though, but I've read the first 3 volumes of the manga, and I'm importing the first in Japanese for my birthday so I can learn from it. xD;;

Midori: Thanks! I'm nowhere near the level of the people that make runs on the Speed Demos Archive, but.. I guess being within an hour of the record for Prime 1 is decent. I usually stream the runs but I'll probably record them at some point too.

hey welcome! i'm not a heavy poster but you'll certainly see me around. read any manga? i read mega tokyo some, and i'm about to start .hack (idk which part of .hack my friend loaned me a book and i haven't gotten a chance to look at it yet)

So far I've pretty much just been reading One Piece, and that's about it. x_x
