My name is Charles and I'm new to the forum. I'm encouraged to see a site of Christian anime fans! I'm post-college...way post college, with a job, wife and kids.

Yes, the range of ages is quite diverse here... The youngest I've seen is 14 or so, and the oldest being 50! People of all ages [above 13, for site rules] are welcome, including yourself!

Hi, Beau! Hmm...long list of anime! I would say my favorites include Kanon, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Clannad, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Tenchi Muyo, Time of Eve, and almost anything by Miyazaki. I'm not much of a gamer, except for football games like Madden.

Hi, Moment! I haven't read a web comic since Megatokyo, but I quit that one years ago. I'm digging Bakuman and Claymore when it comes to manga. I don't watch much TV these days (besides football), but I do like Castle and Parenthood.

Don't worry about this too much. All new members go through this (it's a filter system to slow down trolls and spambots). Once you start posting more, all your posts will go through with no trouble. ^_^

Favorite Movies: long list, but a few of them include the Star Wars films, When Harry Met Sally, Unforgiven, A Few Good Men, Scent of a Woman, Searching for Bobby Fischer, The Fugitive, The Joy Luck Club, The Shawshank Redemption, Braveheart, Twister, The Lord of the Rings films, The Passion of the Christ, Gladiator, Wall-E and Finding Nemo. Anime films in this list would include The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, My Neighbor Totoro, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away and Whisper of the Heart.

Hmmm...thing I want to own most in the world? Tough one...I'm actually trying really hard to avoid being such a consumer lately...though I'm tempted by the iPhone. Luckily I can't afford the monthly cell bill

I've only seen the first episode but I liked it and I liked Kanon so I thought hey lets watch the rest.

I am getting used to it a bit. I like the people here - the vibe is definitely different from other anime forums I've been part of in the past. I likez it.

Actually to tell you the truth I joined because it was the only site that said "Christian" in it's forum, well after this I found out about CM but I like it here better, it seems more chill.

I found this site when I first was thinking about blogging and was eager to join in. I've seen the CM site, but I didn't realize it had an active forum.
