*Walks down hall*
Hmm. What's in this room?
*Opens door.*
Oh, no, the paparazzi!:?:
That's right, it's Q&A time again! I almost didn't want to do this because my Q&A threads get so little traffic, but hey, I like these kind of threads.
So let the interrogation begin!

Soran:
1. Funniest moment of your life?

Getting my butt kicked playing a RPG board game called Fortress last reunion.
2. Most embarassing?

same.
3. Most frightening?

Once I was on a scaffolding and almost fell. No kidding. Luckily my guardian angel was on duty. (I refuse to believe I got down safely of my own accord. I was too scared)
Makachop:
When did you get into anime?

The moment I found out Voltron was Japanese. Which was back in the late 90's, I think.
Favorite video games?

Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VI, Mario 2 and 3
MomentofInertia:
Why "Rocklobster"?

Because my fave rock band, next to Led Zeppelin, is the B-52's. Rock Lobster is their signature song, so I chose it.
FullMetal Novelist:
Read any normal books? If so, what genre?
What's your taste in movies?

By normal, I assume you mean non-manga or comic book. I read mostly fantasy, sci-fi, and the classics.
My taste in movies is mostly sci-fi, fantasy, and/or comedy.

When people pick on the disabled, either mentally or physically. I hung around special-ed kids most of my life, so I began to sympathize with them.
3. Do you sing when no one's looking?
Used to.
4. Recreational activities?
Playing piano, watching stuff on the net, using the net for fun, reading. That's about it.

Do I have to pick one?
Thinks for, like an hour.
OK, If I had to pick one anime I'd watch over and over it'd be either anything by Miyazaki (except Pom Poko) or .hack//sign.
Cheesecake
A Wrinkle in Time by Madeline L'Engle. Love her.
I listen to just about anything (except Country). My favorite genres are classic and adult alternative (like alternative, but lighter) and Christian.

LOLZ! Don't worry, I don't like FLCL, either!

So what is your favorite thing to do to relax?
Been to many different churches? Which one did you like the most?
Advice you wish you could give your younger self (say, at about 10 or 11 years old)?

Worst movie you've ever seen?

1. Curl up with a good book and listen to good music.
2. Hmm, I saw a great Catholic Church in Tennessee. It's supposed to be one of the oldest churches in the US and it had one of those pipe organs with the pipes welded into the wall.
3. hmm. After some thought, I'd say any direct-to-video Disney sequel, except Lilo and Stitch 2
Derek:
Not sure about that. I don't follow Ferraris, sorry.

2. Describe yourself in three words.
3. What kind of car do you have?
4. What car do you wish you had?

1. Unless it's the Joker, I like them. (If I met the Joker, I'd probably need new pants. And that's if I was lucky)
2. Funny, awkward, kind
3. none. don't drive. I don't trust myself behind the wheel. I can't even drive a straight line in a driving simulator.
4. Probably a VW beetle. A yellow one, just like Bumblebee in Transformers!

1. Joanne, Michael, any name starting with a K. Don't know why I like K names, I just do. I also used to think Lance was a good name until I met someone with that name. He was just an insult to humanity. He's proof that Darwin was wrong.
2. I don't succumb to fads as easily as some people. But I was into friendship bracelets for awhile.
3. Cookies and Cream, Rocky Road, and Cookie Dough.

So, what's the most interesting place you've ever visited?

Gotta be Utah. Say what you will about the Mormons, they sure picked a beautiful place to live.
Book you think everyone should read (Bible doesn't count!)

Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis. It's a great summary of Christianity's most basic beliefs.
Most intense, emotional book you've ever read (Again, Bible doesn't count!)

Flowers for Algernon by David Keyes (there's a great movie based on it called Charley. Look it up!)
Favorite poet?

quite a few: William Shakespeare (he wrote sonnets, so he counts), Robert Frost, Emily Dickinson, and Walt Whitman
What do you think the title of the story you've been working on is going to be?

Favorite picture

There's a really nice one featuring the entire Looney Tunes cast standing somberly in front of a microphone. It commemorates the death of the one and only Mel Blanc. :waah:
Favorite painting

I have quite a few, but this is the first one that comes to mind: Image
Thing most beloved from your childhood?

A puppet of a chimpanzee with velcroed hands that you could make hug you. For some reason that puzzles me to this day, I named him Henry.
Something you're afraid of?

I don't have any crazy phobias. However, loud noises (like thunder) can startle me. (Strangely enough, rain lulls me very well).
[quote]Best thing you can cook?
Does using the microwave count? To be honest, I can't cook without a microwave. But I have learned to use a rice cooker.
