I'm not going to deny that pop can make hyper people more so, but there's an interesting phenomenon along with it. Some people will drink one can, and instantly become hyper. There's no way your body could react to the sugar that quickly. Which means that it's just psychological. So, if you told them that a can of water was a new sugar drink, they could become hyper off of it. Or air, for that matter, if they were dumb enough.

I hope that wasn't sarcasm, because I'm going to answer anyway. It's a type of pop, a yellowish color. I thought it was international, but apparently not.

Bah, who cares what flavor it is, it's fake !! I actually used to get really hyper off of 1 can of Dr. Pepper,but it'd only take affect @ night even if i drank it @ like 1pm lol. But I don't now lol.
