Huh....I guess I ought to fill out a bio as well...I just never got around to it...oh well, gonna make this up as I go along.
Name: Inkhana (I think)
Age: 20, going to be 21 on 9-1-03.
Gender: Female
Hair: Dark Blonde, curly
Eyes: Gray
From: Texas
Hobbies: Drawing, writing (especially fanfic), watching anime, playing video games
Weaknesses: Can't tell ya or I'd have to kill ya....(jk)
Favorite Anime: Trigun, Outlaw Star, Rurouni Kenshin, Inuyasha, 8th MS Team (in that order) At least, that's the list so far.
Favorite Manga: Rurouni Kenshin (so far)
Favorite Music: Video game soundtracks, remixes of video game soundtracks (yeah, obsession, don't worry about it) some southern gospel (though not NEARLY as much as vg remixes...) a little celtic, and some other stuff
Projects: Working on Christian manga, beginning a new radio show project when that's finished.
Ugh, not much to know about me, I guess. Someday I hope to draw manga professionally, but meh. I'd like to have some of my writing published too, but I'd have to write something that was worth publishing first...O.o
The end "dot dot question mark?"

How do you do! (Yeah, I know you've been here longer than I have, but it seemed the polite thing to do
). Is your radio program a college/university thing, or attached to some private, local station?

How sweet of you! Cool!
The radio show is going to be an internet work, and the cast is largely composed of members from CAA. When it's done, it will probably be downloadable as an mp3 (or streaming if I can figure it out, which might be better), and it will have the format of old fashioned radio shows. It was a weird idea I happened to have one day, and I'd always thought it would be awesome except I didn't know anyone who would help me, and now I do... *waves at Ashley and Aaron* But this will still be a bit before we can proceed with it because I'm still looking for actors.

hey, you know what? I had never noticed that you hadn't posted your bio.
Oh, well.
Hey I have a "round to it" for all people to have!

Neat. Let us all know when it gets off the ground. I'll be sure to check it out. For myself though I'm on dial up, and don't really listen to too many internet radio stations (The only one I drop in on now and again is Vatican Radio; I used to have the link for a station that played Gregorian chants too, but that got nuked somehow). Good Luck!

Thanks for posting a bio. You cleared up a misconception I didn't know I had.
You see... I base my thoughts about people's gender off their avatar. And for some reason I thought your dog looked male...
But ah well, now I know. Not that it changes anything.

Tee hee...Dog.
Anyway, radio thing sounds cool. Good luck with it...
Godspeed!

Ink, you have dark blonde hair? ^^;; Fer some reason I imagined you with dark brown hair o_O That's okay though.
You is cool. Even if you had pink hair. Or chartreuse hair. Or no hair!

ROFL! Oh my gosh, that's funny. If you could see the rest of Miss Kyla, you'd realize that she's a girl too... Here, I'll include an image that may help. Though I haven't decided precisely what Kyla is, you'll see from the enclosed image that she's not a dog, either; she's a more catlike tree creature (not that you could tell that from the avatar anyhow...) LOL ....wait a sec. I wonder how many other people thought that? O.o
(Oh, one last thought on that...as a general rule, I don't put long flowy eyelashes on male characters; it helps to distinguish my male and female characters...LOL)
Yup, I have dark blonde hair!
Thanks Spence for the encouragement!

Eventually someone will just find the oldest thread in the forum and ressurect it. I've been waiting for that to happen, actually. Not that this is an invitation for any of you to do so.

XD Yeah, I'm from Texas, pretty close to the Fort Worth area. As to whether or not I'm an important member...well, Ashley kept me around for some reason. O.o LOL I just appeared on her doorstep one day like some shaggy stray puppy and she took me in and gave me chocolate...and I never left. :P:P:P

Ah, finally, I can return these back to you....
*hands inkhana back some rope he... received... in the Bishie Thread.*
*clears throat somewhat awkwardly.*
Well, here are some laid-back questions for you, inkhana.
1. Who is the real Texan celebrity of the CAA: Ashley or you? Let's be honest here.
2. Do you have a favorite video game music theme... or group of themes? Is there a video game music theme (or group of themes) that can adequately describe your personality? If so, what are they?
3. You say you have dark blonde hair. What do you think about black hair?
4. Is there any type of PIE that you like? If so, do you like APPLEPIE, CHERRYPIE, BLUEBERRYPIE, PUMPKINPIE, CHICKENPOTPIE...?
Okay, now these questions are pretty serious, but I am very interested in your responses to them. Note: I have asked similar questions to Shatterheart in his "
Get to know your local Shatterheart" thread. So I am not trying to single you out.
As a moderator of this site, I am sure you have a lot of responsibilities, and you try to set a good example for the rest of the members here.
5. So, why do this? (I have read the FAQ before I joined, and I can assume that you "like doing this" in a general sense.)
6. From the start of your involvement, what were your personal motivations, intentions, and goals in participating in this project? Have they changed since then? How are you holding up to them?
7. Finally, you might have had some expectations for this site initially. Are things going as expected?
If you do not want to answer any of these questions, I understand completely, and I will not press you.

1. Who is the real Texan celebrity of the CAA: Ashley or you? Let's be honest here.
Uh...*points* HER! It's HER! XD Seriously though, I'd have to say it was Ashley. Without her, there wouldn't be a CAA...and possibly not a "me" either...but that's another story.2. Do you have a favorite video game music theme... or group of themes? Is there a video game music theme (or group of themes) that can adequately describe your personality? If so, what are they?
I love video game music, although picking a favorite would be a really really really tough choice for me. There's some music that to me is just cool, but then there's some that has a lot of nostalgic value for me and while they might not have the best "beat to dance to" they have a lot of meaning. Good ol memories... I don't really know which fits my personality the best, but I love the Skies of Arcadia soundtrack above all the other soundtracks I own (admittedly not many, but I guess my two favorite tracks would be Eternal Arcadia and Chrono Trigger - speaking of nostalgia).3. You say you have dark blonde hair. What do you think about black hair?
Black hair is cool. Why do you ask? 4. Is there any type of PIE that you like? If so, do you like APPLEPIE, CHERRYPIE, BLUEBERRYPIE, PUMPKINPIE, CHICKENPOTPIE...?
Is Duckie trying to get you in trouble? I like pie, but not P.I.E.
Okay, now these questions are pretty serious, but I am very interested in your responses to them. Note: I have asked similar questions to Shatterheart in his "Get to know your local Shatterheart" thread. So I am not trying to single you out.
It didn't cross my mind you were trying to single me out...^^;;; It's ok, I don't mind.As a moderator of this site, I am sure you have a lot of responsibilities, and you try to set a good example for the rest of the members here.
5. So, why do this? (I have read the FAQ before I joined, and I can assume that you "like doing this" in a general sense.)
It's difficult to say. I guess the best answer is that God has led me to do this. Considering my own feelings on the issue, it's something I like doing. I guess that's it in a nutshell. Some might question that I set a good example though... LOL 6. From the start of your involvement, what were your personal motivations, intentions, and goals in participating in this project? Have they changed since then? How are you holding up to them?
This is one of those questions that's very hard to answer. In the beginning (before I joined) I didn't see much more than the community and a little chat, since I was a newcomer and didn't really fit in yet. At that point, I was kind of "drawn in" (*points to Ashley* Her fault...XD) and my becoming a mod just kinda...happened. I didn't have any particular expectations or motivations when I started, but after a while, I did want to see the site succeed and I started pitching in on little projects (I think the T-shirt thing was the first project I was actively involved in. Remember that old thread at MSN, guys? ) and it kind of grew from there. Right now...I'm seeing the community expand and I'm seeing it do a lot of good. This is pretty much what I would have wished for CAA (after I became a real part of it). In the beginning, I just wanted a place to hang out (it's the same old story of most people here. "Christian anime? Hey, cool!" *click*) but it's become so much more than that to me...it's a refuge...a decent community where I can come and expect NOT to be flamed, bored, or bombarded with yaoi, and have a decent, meaningful fellowship with other Christians. I guess one could say that my main motivation right now is to keep this a constant of the site. 7. Finally, you might have had some expectations for this site initially. Are things going as expected?
I don't remember what my initial impression was of the site's future. I may not have had one (since I had a habit of joining forums back then and not sticking with them. Perhaps the fact that I stayed with CAA was a good sign to begin with... ).If you do not want to answer any of these questions, I understand completely, and I will not press you.
Nah, it's no prob... If you want to know anything else, just ask.
EDIT: Oh! HikariChan! Nice to meet you also!

My question exactly... but I'm glad you answered all those questions, Inkhana, as I learned a few things I might have wanted to ask myself. And you do have a fondness for apple pie, don't you?

And you do have a fondness for apple pie, don't you?
If you mean by "apple pie" a certain acronym, yes, I would have to say I like APPLE PIE a great deal...
Glad I was able to clear up some questions.

Yeah. I'm just not as explicit about it.
Actually, I've seen APPLE PIE being used in referance to all members. Interesting. No one has ever really bothered me about a picture... but I'm not complaining.

I'm glad someone dug this up. I'm sure I could go back and find out who dug this up, but I really don't want to.
It's great knowing a little more about you Ink, and that you like pie, non-acronym style, I also prefer pie without periods after each letter.
Also, I have dark brown curly/wavy hair, and I live just outside Dallas, so we have that in common - but, you already knew that. ^_^
And, you're a great mod.

I have a question. I'm not trying to be funny or anything (and no I'm not a member of P.I.E. in disguise... not Am I being blackmailed to ask this)
Why do you not post a pic? What's the real motive behind - i.e. not just to annoy duckie and members of PIE

Eeee...I'm not a professional, but I guess the second best (and probably oft repeated) advice would be to practice and study other people's work not with the aim of copying anyone but adding things to your own style. Gotta practice enough to evolve your own style...^^ The best advice I can give? Prayer, of course. Also, I have dark brown curly/wavy hair, and I live just outside Dallas, so we have that in common - but, you already knew that. ^_^
That's true...XDAnd, you're a great mod.
Awww, thank you...^^ Why do you not post a pic? What's the real motive behind - i.e. not just to annoy duckie and members of PIE
...That's not a good enough reason? XD jk
Nah, the main reason is, even if I had any pics scanned (which I don't) none of them are any good. I hate almost all of the pics of me...>.<
