Meet Andronicus

Hey Everyone, I've already posted in the Welcome forum, so I'll put some info about me in here so everyone can get to know me on their own.

My Username comes from Shakespeare's play Titus Andronicus.

I'm in college still majoring in graphic arts. I love to sketch using graphite and I paint with oils. I'm a big time artist, it's the second more important thing in my life next to Christ.

I've been playing guitar for about 11 years.

I have an obscene amount of anime and manga, over 400 dvds and counting, not sure about how much manga, although it's a bookshelf full already. Favorite series are: Rurouni Kenshin (the manga) Full Metal Panic, Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell, Last Exile, most Mobile Suit Gundam series, Outlaw Star.

As far as my faith goes, I was saved when I was about 7 or 8 years old. I had a pretty rough time as a teenager and got way off track spiritually. I got involved in a lot of wrong things, and even after getting away from all the sin I became one of those "I don't need to go to church to be a Christian" people until 5 or 6 years ago when I went back to my old church. I'm pretty much totally alone, excluding family, since I left my old sinful life. I'm attempting to get involved in the 20something Ministry at my church so I can get some good friends I can share my faith with.

Nice to meet a fellow Arizonan. I'm a seminarian for the Diocese of Phoenix, but when I'm not in school, I call Mesa home. If you like, I can point you towards some pretty good college age ministries in the valley. Welcome to CAA, see you around the boards.

Graphic design can either be horribly boring or incredibly interesting. If you have no interest in it then it'll be like pulling teeth. :drool:

That's pretty cool that there's at least one other person from AZ here too.

By the way, why would I have to watch out for bishie fans? lol
