My name? You mean.. Yeito? Well.. you see...

A few years ago I had a friend who had a little brother named Eric. Eric could not pronounce my real name. Which is Elizabeth. So he called me 'Yeito'. I'm not sure how he got Yeito out of Elizabeth.. But he did. ^-^ So.. there you have it!

Bokushi means preacher, pastor, minister, ect. and since preaching's like a hobby to me (except now I'm smarter and I am much more subtle about it) and I really like that word because it sounds funny (I'm such an idiot!! ) I chose Bokushi Ash. Oh, and Ash is my name. Actually Ashli is. But I'm generally called Ash.

Paper Mario was a fun game. Not that deep, but for some reason extremely enjoyable.

I think you are perhaps too hard on yourself, RoyalWing. Regardless of whether or not your name has lengthy meaning, it is an effective username.

Not to mention that you have the cutest Sig EVER.

It seems that my screen name has become a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy around here, which is a good thing. I enjoy answering questions.

The 1961 Kurosawa masterpiece Yojimbo, the word also means bodyguard. A lone vagabond goes into a troubled town torn apart by rival gangs and plays both sides to his advantage. This causes them both to destroy eachother thus freeing the town's people. Very excellent film...

Several westerns were based on it for instance Fistful of Dollars. The anime series Kaze no Yojimbo was also based on the premise of the original film. Though it is not very good compared to Kurosawa's Yojimbo.

It's a funny name! And I never knew what the "CDL" mean either! It's so cool!) Thank You! It's too bad I didn't make my signature though. But I saw it, and I thought it fit me alot. So I kept it.

Raiden no Kishi means Knight of Thunder and Lightning. I've always identified with the knight's chivalry and self-sacrifice, and thunder and lighning...well, they just rock.

Rai (shortened form of Raiden, but rai actually means thunder in Japanese)

Madeline means "strong tower", because it was derived from the name Magdalene, which was a tower by the sea...at least I think it was by the sea...or maybe it was a watch tower or something...O_o
I guess it suits me, being as headstrong as I am...:P

when i was a kid, my mother's japanese friend gave me the name "Kira." I actually don't know what it means. V_V But anyways, usually, in most forums, and e-mail service places, the usernmae of "Kira" had already been taken, and somehow, I got the idea to add a "Still" to it, and it's stuck for the past two or three years. ^_^

At the time, I started using this screen name. I was a fan of Gundam Wing and the board had 21 other people on the board that had the same name.

So, I had to use 22, since then. It just stuck with me and I have use it every since then.

If I could have done it all over again, I would put something a screen name that had to do with Escaflowne or something like that.

My name comes from Rurouni Kenshin. Aku-soku-zan is Hajime Saitou's creed. Literally it means "evil immediately destroy" or rather, destroy evil. I always liked that creed, and Saitou is my favorite Kenshin character because of his incredibly strong sense of justice. Something about that appeals to me, so for the past two years, I've used aku_soku_zan as my username on various message boards.

Short answer: Olorc is char. from a book I never finished.
Long answer: Back in the 7th grade I thought I could write a cool fantasy book. Ummm, yeah, that failed in a hurry, I got about 40 pages in and realized I had no plot in mind and nowhere to go with the story. Olorc was a char., in the book and I like the name because it is pretty unique (I think anyway)

'panegryst' (which is 'panegyrist' misspelled, BTW) means 'eulogist' or 'one who praises with oratory'. I got the name from the book Dune Messiah. I liked the sound of the word and I now use it mostly out of habit.

'crazy burst angel' is a line from Bakuretsu Tenshi's crappy OP song. I like it because it reminds me of somebody like Naruto and Joe (from Bakuretsu Tenshi).

Oi.(Sorry, Cooey.) Reading through hundreds of reasons just got REALLY boring. So now I'll post mine, because no one will read it.

Magekind. Yeah. That's kinda self-explanatory. I am the power that flows through the mind, that forms the elements into what you will them to become, aside from what the creator designed them as. After all, to become a Creator, one must first learn how it is that these creations work, right?
Take it like you gave it; what else matters in the end? To be honest, it's all a one-shot test; that leaves plenty of places to go wrong, but how will you ever know? There's a pointer, I will admit. Turn it on, listen to it, feel it burn.

I thought I had posted somewhere in this thread, but I can't find it now.

Well, my user name is a mystery which youw ill never understand. Don't even try. Your brain will explode.

Actually, the true lack of imagination which my use names portrays is due to the following:

I found this site and thought it simple wasn't possible that this was what it appeared to be. I mean, a site for Christian anime fan? Impossible. So, I signed up real fast (erego, the uncreative user name) just so I could post and find out what this site REALLY was. My first post was something like "Christian anime alliance? 'Christian' as a religious affiliation?" I think I was expecting someone to reply and say something like "No stupid! The guy who found it was named Christian."
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.
