I'm not sure you should feel bad for not asking any questions Sam*Ron and congratulations on reaching 1000 posts. Yay! :jump: :thumb:

Okay I've got some more questions for you Omega Amen if you don't mind. Here goes.

Do you have a Xanga site and if so what is the link to it?

Do you like my Xanga site? I created it recently and I'm quite happy with it at the moment. :) (The link is at the bottom of my sig.)

Here's a philosophical question for you. It's also on my latest post on my Xanga as of this time. What makes us human?....Or are we merely superintelligant robots?

Do you take your time in thinking over questions on this thread or do you answer them immediately as soon as you have enough time to do so?

What is your favorate animal including mythical beasts like dragons?

What anime would you like to be in if you could transport yourself magically into an anime and what would you do in that anime?

What anime character would you marry if they were real or what anime character do you have a crush on?

Thankyou for answering my first question and for your encouragement too. :thumb:

Little T-chan wrote:Wow Omega AMEN has been gone for a very long time! He must be studying or something~ ^^]Something like that. I was really busy these past two weeks with school, and this weekend my parents visited me. I am staying in my dorm this spring break week to continue working, but I should be able to return to my normal schedule of visiting CAA (ranging from a few times in a week to daily).

So, I apologize for the delay in answering these questions.

Oh, do not feel bad about it.
Sam*ron wrote:So, uh. What is your favorite reptile? I really like the big lizard thing that has spikes on it's back. I don't know how to spell it's name..
I really do not have a favorite reptile. None of them really stand out to me.
Sam*ron wrote:What font do you like?? I prefer Verdana. ^^
I tend to like fixed width fonts when I am on the computer. Usually, I am doing some coding, and fixed width fonts make it easier to organize program code.

Fantastic! Yes, I did. Congratulations, Sam*ron.

No, I do not have a Xanga site.

It is nice, even though I am not a fan of images used as backgrounds or playing music files in web pages.

I do not think I know enough to really give an educated guess. From an engineering standpoint, I need to know if humans are deterministic beings or not. I know nothing about artificial intelligence theory in computer science, but I am guessing intelligent robots are ultimately deterministic (in terms of probability) in nature. If humans cannot be deterministic, then they cannot be superintelligent robots (as long as robots continue to be deterministic in nature). As you notice, this reasoning is based on a lot of conditionals that may or may not be true.

There are other philosophical and theological issues to consider, but I really do not know much about either subject in depth to think of a worthy answer.
Kura Ookami wrote:Do you take your time in thinking over questions on this thread or do you answer them immediately as soon as you have enough time to do so?
It really depends on the questions and circumstances. I try to answer them as soon as I can, but if a question requires some thought, I take my time in answering it.
Kura Ookami wrote:What is your favorate animal including mythical beasts like dragons?
For mythical beasts, I like dragons and the Phoenix. I do not think I have an overall favorite real animal.
Kura Ookami wrote:What anime would you like to be in if you could transport yourself magically into an anime and what would you do in that anime?
I guess I could be a positive male role model in Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Also, I find the idea of wearing a black double breasted suit and saying that only beautiful women are allowed uninvited into my mansion to be very appealing (in a light-hearted sense). So, I guess I will consider Big O, as well.
Kura Ookami wrote:What anime character would you marry if they were real?
Well, I never really thought about it, which is not surprising since I am currently not trying to find a wife in real life. I will consider Kanoe from X only if she converted. Other than that, I cannot really think of anyone else.

Here's another question i just thought of. Do you like roleplaying? If you havent tried it you should. It's fun.

Well, I am not sure what type of roleplaying you are referring.

One of my favorite video game genres is RPGs (Role-Playing Games). I enjoy both the PC and console types.

As for "tabletop" roleplaying, which I assume an example would be D&D (Dungeons and Dragons), I have played D&D a few (relatively) brief times. While I enjoy the complexity of the rules structure and the depth of gameplay, the inevitable discussions about acceptable character actions and tedious rolling of dice can be distracting and unattractive. Personally, I noticed I enjoyed playing sessions where the players are not talkative and are focused (i.e. quick rolling, less talking). That way, the game actually goes somewhere. Of course, even then, as an engineer, I have this desire to write a computer program that will simply determine acceptable actions and dice rolls, so that gameplay can actually proceed at a good pace. (But then, Neverwinter Nights already has been made for that purpose for the D&D rules.)

As for forum roleplaying here, I have never participated in that. Quite frankly, when I have skimmed a few threads there, I do not understand the general game structure and rules of etiquette that take place there. Furthermore, writing is very time-consuming for me, and as a graduate computer engineer student, I do not have a lot of time. In short, I cannot say whether I like it or not since I have not participated in that form of roleplaying.

If I have not answered your question, please clarify.
