It is a warning from the future... Squirrels are trying to take over the world unless we do something now!!!

actually they are....haven't you seen the commando squirrels yet? ]Youko=side and Kurama=kept horse. So I guess my s.n. means side kept horse.[/QUOTE]
o.o oh yeah...that definitely clears things up. :eyebrow:

hmm...*debates explaining her screenname* But if you understand the sn then the fantastic mysterious fadedness is lost! :( ah well...i've only explained this to like..2 people and I doubt they remember(nor cared XD) so I will.

FadedOne is an odd conglomeration of things. For one thing...it relates to one of my favourite songs by Jars of Clay -- "Fade to Grey". Actually I've use variations on that song name various places but nowhere I've really stayed. So yeah...partially that's a variation on that song name.

However, it also relates to a concept....a desire to 'fade' to one's carnal nature and let God be the visible one. And yeah...it just conjures alot of cool imagery and ideas for me. so yeah...it probably sounds dumb, but I think the screen name rocks. it makes sense to me. and hey...i'm a writer, dreamer, melancholic...we're allowed to be weirdly nonunderstandable. :sweat:

so yeah... :lol:
Cast in the name of God, ye not guilty.

bigsleepj wrote:Ah, that's one of my favourite Simpson episodes. The part where Homer gets better after watching that questionable Hercules movie and says to Marge. "Homercles cares not beans!" That phrase has entered my basic phrases and sometimes I'd say "Bigsleepcles cares not for <enter subject>" And I can't help but smile when I think about that gross sandwhich.

I find it interesting that other people also pick up oddly-phrased lines and use them occasionally in conversation. My own collection of them is decent, though some are so old I barely remember them.

But on topic, have you posted your username's meaning? I don't believe I remember it.

My user names was inspired by two things...

1st The hymn Onward, Christian soldiers

Onward, Christian soldiers, marching as to war,
With the cross of Jesus going on before.
Christ, the royal Master, leads against the foe;
Forward into battle see His banners go!

Onward, Christian soldiers, marching as to war,
With the cross of Jesus going on before.

At the sign of triumph Satan’s host doth flee;
On then, Christian soldiers, on to victory!
Hell’s foundations quiver at the shout of praise;
Brothers lift your voices, loud your anthems raise.

Like a mighty army moves the church of God;
Brothers, we are treading where the saints have trod.
We are not divided, all one body we,
One in hope and doctrine, one in charity.

What the saints established that I hold for true.
What the saints believèd, that I believe too.
Long as earth endureth, men the faith will hold,
Kingdoms, nations, empires, in destruction rolled.

Crowns and thrones may perish, kingdoms rise and wane,
But the church of Jesus constant will remain.
Gates of hell can never gainst that church prevail;
We have Christ’s own promise, and that cannot fail.

Onward then, ye people, join our happy throng,
Blend with ours your voices in the triumph song.
Glory, laud and honor unto Christ the King,
This through countless ages men and angels sing
.

2nd was the bible story of Jesus feeding the 5000 (John 6:1-14)
Live your life, love the Lord, and don't forget to laugh...
