Followed it when it was running, it has ended now but I really liked it:
Ugly Hill

One of my favorites (that hasn't been mentioned here yet) is Romantically Apocalyptic. Otherwise, I read Order of the Stick, Awkward Zombie, Far Out There/Conventional Wisdom, one thing that I've forgotten the name of, and I've finished DM of the Rings. Yeah, not a lot. :/

I knew I forgot something.
Have you read any Darths and Droids?
(I didn't get all the way through the archive so I didn't include it on the list)
It's kind of like DM of the rings except; 1) it's Star Wars and 2) the game is being controlled mostly by the players, as opposed to DM which was the DM dragging the players through an exhaustively planed game. I kind of stopped reading it halfway through the archive and haven't gotten back to it...in retrospect I shoun't have started it right after DM of the rings, too much of the same type of comic I just got over saturated.

I am the biggest Penny Arcade fan and it is my favourite thing. xkcd is fairly hit or miss. chainsawsuit is delightful. Dinosaur Comics is AWESOME. Hark, A Vagrant! is the best webcomic featuring Canadian prime ministers and other excellent heritage moments. Wondermark is simply dapper. PHD Comics is relevant to my life.

Keep up with updates:
Romantically Apocalyptic (which I discovered and started reading before I knew what webcomics were.)
The Adventures of Dr. Mcninja (I also own the first 3 printed books.)
Bear Nuts
Kinda sorta dropped with possibility of taking it up again/occasional reading:
Axe Cop
Questionable Content
I should take up more series so that I can have some new updates to read every day. XD

Since last post I've found/picked up, in no particular order:
Cleopatra in SPAAACE!
(G/PG)
sci-fi/high school I'm not really sure how to describe this one, it's pretty good.
Mondays
Dumb College Moments
(G)
By our very own Nami!
Just getting started but, good so far.
Mondays
Rocket Road Trip
(PG/PG-13)
Goofy monster hunter thing. Good but it seems to have died.
SPRINGIETTE
(G/PG)
Crazy, about a ninja and a swimmer, rather cute looking. I got linked to it off of one of Blitzkrieg's comics.
Twice a week.
Fajita
(PG/PG-13)
It's confusing, some kind of superhero story I'm not sure what is going on in this one.
Mon-Wed-Fri
Dungeons & Denizens
(PG/PG-13)
A fantasy/work/comedy, about working in a dungeon.
Hiatus.
Carry On
(PG/PG-13)
An odd, furry, slice-of-life comic.
Mon-Wed-Fri
Cross Time Cafe
(PG/PG-13)
A crazy crossover comic created by the artists and forumites of; Carry On, 21st Century Fox, and Freefall.
Also Red's Planet (G/PG) is back up and running.
I'm recommending:
(with more through content blurbs)
Strays
(PG/PG-13 violence, some blood)
Fantasy, with some furry elements (they've got tails and something unexplained about an alt form.)
I just found this one and I really like it. The art is beautiful, the first few arcs are humorous and well written, and there is some deeper plot being hinted at.
And.
Weregeek
(PG-13 violence, some blood, some crude humor)
Slice of life about some geeks, sci-fi/fantasy about their RP characters. Very good, It got some discussion on the podcast.

There are 6 that I follow that I think are worth mentioning:
1. XKCD
2. Looking For Group (looong adventure comic, plenty of fantasy fun)
3. Darths & Droids (DnD for the Star Wars films, they're going through them in I-VI and are currently nearing the end of III)
4. MGMDT (Manly Guys Doing Manly Things) (old movie vigilantes in a re-employment office=hilarity ensues; also good blog posts from the creator on occasion)
5. Anime News Nina (one of the better things to come out of the ANN website...)
and
6. The Gutters (comic-book heroes and creators in wacky, funny, and wow-this-does-make-sense parodies)
There are 2-3 others that I follow, but I don't feel like mentioning them here.

Every time I'd catch up with one I would go on another archive binge and eventually I had to stop otherwise I will fall into a never-ending cycle.

I read After Subtract (
http://tas.smackjeeves.com/comics/278848/the-legend/) on occasion. It starts out rather humorous if you know the games, but after awhile, story takes precedence over humor and it gets old. For some reason I keep trying to read it all the way through. I guess I just like to finish what I've started. Oh, and there's also language in it from time to time.

New additions:
sChIzO(PG/PG-13)
Lackadaisy(PG-13)
The Meek(R)
Darken(PG-13)
And I would like to recommend:
Ps238(PG/maybe low PG-13)
Centered on Ps238 the school for superhero (and villain) kids buried
three miles under a normal public grade school. Often pokes fun at super-hero cliches.
It's kind of like X-men except with younger kids, less angst, and played for comedy more often than not.
Mon, Wed, Fri
Housepets!(low PG)
Tom and Jerry ans a slice-of-life, kinda. Often silly.
Mon, Wed, Fri
Frendship is Dragons.
(G)
A screencap webcomic, retelling the story of the show in the form of a D&D campaign.
Like DM of the rings, but with ponies.
EDIT: I should note that the comments can be a bit questionable at times, mostly when the comic gives an excuse for trading RPG stories.

Hyperbole and a Half. I think it's technically a blog, but she draws pictures to accompany her entries, and they are HILARIOUS.

That's a quality blog/webcomic, Yuki. Unfortunately it hasn't been updated in absolutely ages. I wonder what's going on.
