Any reputable ones? If not, doesn't this make male critics a little one sided?

Why would a lack of female critics make male critics one-sided? Your supposition here does not make sense.

Mostly on the basis that men in general tend to appreciate more crude jokes? Honestly, this topic was started on a conversation I heard yesterday about the movie SuperBad. This guy was saying how a lot of girls didn't like it because of that, and I saw a high review on Rotten Tomatoes. Then again, the first three names that hit me were women...so...

But anyway I wanted to make this topic more general. There are some movies I didn't see because of some questionable content and got high marks.

If anyone reading is not that type of guy...well, congratulations. I know I'm not being a cynic.

Generally I don't trust female critics. They seem to like everything I hate, and hate the things I do like. :\

And female critics love dirty movies with hot guys... >.>;; Hey, I was just talking to some girls from a church youth group who were all into some of the most disgusting R rated movies because of the cute big-name actors in them and the fact that you get to see...... yeah. Please, stop the sexist stereotyping. I know you didn't mean it that way and I'm all for bashing the unfairer sex, but to be honest here I find as many girls into their own form of crude humor as guys. Use crosswalk reviews if you want a content review from a Christian perspective (http://www.crosswalk.com/movies). For the record, RT should have more than enough reviews from both genders to give you an idea of the movie though.

I can't be certain, but my experience has been that critics, regardless of gender, are divided on such matters. Some reviews I saw of SuperBad called it hilarious, others declared it crude and idiotic.
