Of course the big question will be will they make it to Earth in the finale or not.
btw:I was watching the original BSG the last couple weeks and noticed that in the
Larson written episodes his Mormon faith is more evident.
For example in the original episode War of the Gods part 2 the 'spokesangel'
tells Starbuck:"What you are now,we once were;what we are now you may become." which is a parpahrase of Brigham Young's famous:"What we are now
God once was;what God is now we may become."
Also in the episode The Man With Nine Lives Starbuck says that Casseiopeia is the only woman he ever was serious about wanting to be 'sealed' with.
I am not saying that there is anything wrong with that,I am just saying that with the original series Larson's Mormon faith comes across a lot clearer.
Cetainly as the creator of the series Larson did have the right to express whatever theological or political or philosophical views he wished.

Crying shame...
I just found out today too. Well I guess I would rather they go out on a high note then muddled by bad plots and retro fits like ther X-Files.

Oh well, I guess Heroes will get a bump to my favorite show next year.

I would love to see at least one episode in the final season with Dirk Benedict
guest starring.I know it probably would be impossible but I would love to see
the original Starbuck return one more time.Even a cameo would be fun.
Yeah,that would be nice if in the final season they could get some of the original cast members(aside from Richard Hatch)to make appearances.

Just saw an ad on Friday for the final season.Looks interesting and I swear in one scene they showed they had CLASSIC STYLE CYLON CENTURIONS!
