Adult Swim upfront news

Starting July 26th, AS will now have the Friday nights on CN starting at 11 pm.
Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job has been picked up for another season.
Frisky Dingo has been picked up for another season.
Season three for Robot Chicken will start this summer.
Aqua Teen Hunger Force new episodes will start in the fall of this year and a fifth season will start in 2008.

It's about time AS got Friday nights! Maybe we can get an all anime night on Fridays.
Wait, this is Adult Swim we're talking about.

Right now, there is no talk on what they will show on Friday nights.
But I would say that FG will make it to the lineup, since Futurama will be gone from AS sometime this year.
Edit: I got the date wrong for when Firday night will be added to AS lineup. It's not June 6, but July 26. Sorry about that error.
Other hightlines from upfront
AS has renew the contract for FG untill 2015.
AS will drop the 10:30 time slot on July 26 and the new line will look like this.
11pm - 6am for Mon thru Sat
10pm - 6am for Sunday

Eh...so the 10:30 slot must have been too early for them.I doubt we will ever see an all anime night again on AS.
Anyways Friday is one of the nights I watch DVDs so unless they have something really good like Inuyasha or Eureka 7 on Friday night I wouldn't even bother to
watch.

Of course the main problem they will have on Friday nights is competing against
Sci Fi's line up.

Not sure if I like the idea of AS being on Friday night...to many youngsters stay up on Fridays...I don' like the idea of anyone younger than 13 watching AS but thats my opinion...
Good thing my little sister would rather watch Disney..^^;
Is there any word on new anime coming to AS? New broadcasting deals?

After Trinity Blood,Bleach and Blood + I wouldn't think that they would try to go out and get any new anime until the end of Summer or so.That doesn't mean they aren't looking around.And you have to also remember that they have to compete with other networks like The Anime Network,AZN,G4techtv Canada,etc.in order to
find the right anime.

I have to agree with CK about the young kids who stay up on fridays. It's of course great news for the older ppl but what about the kids ...(and me) who cant watch AS? That was the only channel on fridays that had good shows on on frirdays nights.
