My sister watched the whole thing, I just stuck around for the second half. Right now I'm rooting for Major Victory. XD He's so into it, you can tell.

Yeah,he looks to be trying hard to make up for not being there for his own kids.
I think Levity was just in it for the chance to make the bucks which is why he got kicked out so early.
Unlike other reality shows this one seems to have more of a moral edge to it as
Stan Lee said from the beginning that he wants to see what kind of heart the contestants have as much as anything else.

Sounds intriguing. Can someone here explain the scenario and what goes on? Thanks

Ok,basically what happens is that Stan Lee of MArvel Comics, creating of X-Men,
Spider-man,The Fantastic Four, etc.decided to hold auditions for a new superhero.
12 contestants were selected out of thousands who applied. The winner will get his or her own comic book and a movie on the American Sci Fi channel.Last week
two were eliminated from competition, one before even getting into the 'Lair'.
Each week the would be superheroes have different tests that they have to perform to show that they are worthy of being a superhero. Some of the tests are trickier than others. For example the one with the little girl was supposedly about who could get changed and run to spot X that Stan Lee had designated the fastest.
The real test was who would STOP and help the little girl.
After each test Stan Lee meets with the contestants on the rooftop of the building they are staying at(though he isn't really present he's always communicating from a distance),three contestants are singled out and they have to step to the front.
One by one they are asked why they should continue with the series. Then one is
chosen and is told to leave. When asked to leave they are asked to hand in their costumes and their is a garbage pail where they are supposed to dump their gauntlets, etc.

Ah! This show is pretty cheesy, but somehow alluring. Major Victory still rocked in the 2nd ep. XD! But I really want to see the next episode, seeing as they have a villain now. My sister and I are trying to figure out whether the villain thing was scripted though.

I watched it on thursday, enjoyed it. Cheesy as it was, it was a fun show. I'm a bit undecided about who to root for, though.

As far as I can tell, the villain seems to be scripted in; they chose someone more ill-suited to the role of a hero, over people who might be better suited, for the purpose of setting up a villain. There was an article in a tv magazine last month that mentioned something about it. *shrug* don't quote me on that though.

Yeah that was the way I felt about it after the end of the episode. It did feel kind of like Stan Lee took Iron Enforcer aside sometime and told him what he wanted him to do as it was kind of strange that they would have him up three times in a row like that. What kind of gave it a way was that he just so happened to be walking
down an alley where they conviently had a hook up with Stan Lee set up.Also his
reaction was kind of rehearsed.
Though if he ever thought about giving up his job as a bouncer I think he would make a good pro-wrestler.

It's down to 5 now and it looks more and more likely that the winner will be one of the women since only Feedback and Major Victory are left of the guys. Also there's a hint that someone's past is going to come back and bite them next week.
Not to spoil anything for anyone who didn't see yesterday's episode but someone was kicked off for lying about themselves.

hey i saw that show last night, that major victory guy is a real character isn't he, and that fat momma lady could be a little less honest wouldn't you say...

It's their personalities. What I like about it is that they keep throwing surprises at the contestants every week to keep them off balance so they never know what will happen next.

Down to the final three:Fat Momma,Major Victory and Feedback.
Stan Lee keeps telling Major Victory to keep his cape on,so it's a wonder that he's
still on.

I think he's just playing, because when he took them off, the frist time it was for some ladies to walk over a pudle, and the second time was to ease the emotion of the situation with the criminals

Hmmm...interesting.I think it's going come down to Major Victory and Feedback
myself.

I'm all for Feedback.
I still can't believe he hugged that inmate.
I think he would've failed if he had to hug the woman.

I saw an episode of this at my dad's the other night. Sounded dumb, but ended up being pretty entertaining. It's hard to know who to root for, I like all three of the ones that are left.

I think the only problem with Major Victory is that he used to be a male stripper.

Yeeaah...other than that, I'm rooting for him. Gosh, but it was pretty awkward in the previous episodes where he was being questioned about that.

Would it be too late for someone to get into this show? I haven't heard much about it before now--it sounds like a ton of fun, but it seems like it'd be tuning into the show just to see...the finale. :/

(Geez, my work schedule makes me miss so many shows.)

Gosh, this show seems to be ending soon. It's like...only one more episode, technically. Maybe I'm mistaken; is there more that's going to be happening?
