Craziest and best villians from movies

What villians do you think are the best and craziest. I think Craziest would in my book go to Russel crowe playing Sid 6.7 in Virtuosity, and Jigsaw from Saw. Best well it has to go to Darth Vader, Jigsaw, Zombies in general, and LOTR villians

Zorg (Gary Oldman) in The Fifth Element
The Sheriff of Nottingham (Alan Rickman) in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves
Scar (Jeremy Irons) in The Lion King
Ratigan (Vincent Price) in The Great Mouse Detective
And whoever it was who played Ursula in The Little Mermaid.

I thought General Grievous was cool, personally. He didn't get enough screen time, or a long enough fight with Obi-Wan. 'Tis a shame.
Count Dooku was also pretty cool.

I always thought Deacon Frost from Blade was good as a villain because he was so evil you wanted him to go down hard. Al Swearengen from Deadwood was one of the more three dimensional villains I saw, in that he was a charismatic villain that you were never quite sure what he was going to do

("Pretty cool", Rai-sama? Did you ever read Yoda: Dark Rendezvous like I told you to? ::poke poke:: Easily one of the most interesting Star Wars characters, and my favorite prequel [movie] character.)
(And yes, Grievous did not get enough screen time. He's a great character, but they didn't do him justice in EIII. Better in the novel, honestly.)
(My all-time favorite villian - Ramirez from Skies of Arcadio [Legends]. Another character like Dooku, but Ramirez is just... so cool. It's sad he has to be a villian. His voice actor is one of the best, too, though they didn't implement the ingame stuff well, for him or for anyone. The special moves is top notch voice is awesome.)

I would have to agree, though I think Jim Carrey's crayness made the character seem all the more crazy. Jim Carrey's portrayl of The Grinch was also quite insane!

Scorpio (Dirty Harry) Heck Andy Robinson got death threats because he was such a downright evil guy in that movie need I say more. Go watch it.
Patrick Bateman (American Psycho) - While I can't help but laugh at Christian Bale and his sick antics in this movie it's of the "feel dirty" later kind. Bateman is one sick guy in every possible way and anyone who has seen this knows what I mean. I mean talking to his friend who he's about to kill while playing Huey Lewis and the News while putting on a plastic suit protector...yeah.
The Joker (Batman) - Jack Nicholson is sooooo good as the Joker. I mean he practically is The Joker he's so darn good. He's funny, he's sick, twisted, all that good stuff. And of course like AH said he prances around to Prince and pulls a giant magnum out of his pants. There ya go.

That Yellow (Can't say it) from Sin City is crazy...Well, I just found it different that he was yellow and all.
And I really liked Jim Carrey as Count Olaf.

What!! Nun of you have mentioned V yet! All though you could argue wether he was a vilen or not, he was definetly crazy.
Best vilen has to go to Stognaisha form A Power Above All by Rebecca Johnson.
Oh! and and second best has to go to Akito Sohma of Fruit's Basket. He's evil and crazy.
