the guess the movie and character thread

Okay, here's the deal. Post a quote from a movie and someone has to guess who said it and the movie it is from. The correct answer can be either the character or the actor/actress who played him her. For example, if I were to post "Never give up, never surrender", the answer would be Tim Allen in Galaxy Quest . I'll start us off:
"I'm not bad, I'm just drawn that way."

Okay, it's from
Total Recall and though I've not seen the whole movie, I did see that part of it once when my parents were watching it and thought it was cute.
On a side note, I'm stumped with Tom's quote. (Hey, that rhymes. ^_^ )
