ok I just saw the movie, and all I can say is, that it sucks completely. It is visually appealing, but I was bored by the semi-stereotypical plot and the cheesy fighting sequences. So if any of you are thinking about it, save the 5-10 dollars for something like...ooo! V for Vendetta.

Your not the first I have heard say this. From what I hear some of the CG was incomplete...the story was horrible...etc

I almost went just to MST3K it (like I did for Day After Tomorrow), but decided to save my money...I doubt I'll ever be seeing this.

So it really IS like Aeonflux! Decent to watch if you turn off your brain and try not to follow the storyline.

I LIKED Aeon Flux... The Movie, anyhow... The plot was rather simple to figure out, and it was decent. The show has peter chung's nasty art and the sexuality was like 20 times higher than the movie. The movie was coherent, not too stylistic, and was a decent Sci-fi movie. I honestly don't see why so many people complain about it.

This, on the other hand, doesn't look that much like Aeon Flux, not in the ways that matter (they're both futuristic with bright colors and feature a violent heroine that fight a lot of villains, mostly faceless... That's as far as I see the similarities... That's really just a whole sub-genre of sci-fi stories)
