anyone a fan of j-horror? what are your favorites?
i liked ringu, the japanese version was better than the american in my opinion. i've also seen ju-on and audition. audition was so weird and scary... like... twisted scary. kiri kiri kiri kiri! (freaks me out every time!)

Saw Ju-On and Ringu and loved them, still haven't gotten to see the end of Ju-On 2, still need to borrow Ringu 2, and am still trying to find Honogurai no Mizu no Soko Kara. Audition didn't sound like my style, so I don't really plan to see it. I do love J-horror, though. To the point of cosplaying Sadako from Ringu. X3

cosplaying sadako?!? *freaks out* my roommate last year used to put her hair over her face and it would freak me out so bad cuz thats who i thought she looked like...
as for audition not being your style, it's probably not unless you're a fan of movies like saw.

i rented some of mine and bought others. i've gotten good deals on the ones i've bought online.

My local library had at least Ringu 1 and 2... You can always check at yours.

Btw, did anyone see Hono Gurai Mizu no Soko Kara? (It's the one they made into Dark Water.) I haven't seen it, but I've heard mixed reviews. If you've seen it, would you still recommend seeing it? Is it better than Dark Water? (Which I haven't seen either, as I make it a practice not to see the American versions...)
