I don't think I could ever watch an anime twice. They're fun, but I'm a moderate watcher.
However...I did watch my favorite movie Elektra at least four or five times. I think I'll be able to watch it again in a month or so. Also, when I was younger, I watched The Ghost and Mr.Chicken and That Darn Cat more times than one could possibly imagine.

Not any movies or anime, but the Simpsons episode "Last Exit to Springfield" (that's the one where Homer becomes union president). I had to watch that dozens and dozens of times to get the full humor of that episode, since when it first came out, I was just a dumb kid.

FLCL was weird and Lain seems demonic.
Hmm...I wonder.

FLCL definitely. Also Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi (that was nuts!).
For some reason, I can watch Stellvia again and again.
And, of course, Haibane Renmei. The experience is really different the second time.

I don't know why I didn't really like the Big Labowski when it first came out, but it's got to be one of my favorite comedies (and one of the only Coen Brothers movies I really like)

Hey! It's the Kitten! Good to see you're still around.
I'd have to say some of the older movies. The Wizard of Oz. Also Goldeneye, which I didn't much the first time around. I played way too much of that game on N64. That's the real reason I suddenly liked it (let's not kid ourselves).

I had to watch Jin-Roh twice just to understand the plot. Good movie.
Not that I didn't enjoy it the first time, but I'm currently rewatching Last Exile, and it was gone from enjoyable to frickin' Awesome the second time around.

Lain isn't demonic... It's got some "off" philosophy, and it is almost a given that many people watching it would pull certain things out of it, but demonic? Creepy, yes. Demonic, no... Of course, it's got a 16+ rating, treat it as an R... It really does deserve an R rating. It's very disturbing...
Hmm... I know there are movies I didn't enjoy the first time around, but I just can't think of them.

Alien
I can't think of any more right now.

Monty Python & The Holy Grail (the whole darn thing) was for me that way. Its one of my favourite movies today, but back then I struggled to like it. But it grew on me.

Surprisingly, Beauty and the Beast. When I watched it when I was little, I got creeped out by it. But now it is one of my favorite movies! All I had to do was give it another chance.

Hahahaha!! That was the craziest ending ever...I mean, I sat there staring at my TV for about 5 minutes, and then I just burst out laughing!! It was SO unexpected and jaw-droppingly surprising, but hilarious at the same time. XD
Anyways, I had to watch Ghost in the Shell more than once to understand everything. Most of that had to do with the fact that I came in in the middle of the series, haha. Also, I had to watch FLCL more than once to catch all the funny lines and humor in it.
As far as movies are concerned, I've had to watch several movies more than once to catch all of the funny lines. Elf is an example of this. I love that movie! Also, I had to watch Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Arc when I was older to fully appreciate it. It scared me to death as a kid! Haha! Especially that scene at the beginning where Alfred Molina's character gets impaled in several places on his body...<<^_^;
