x-country

I'm a little nervous, this is my senior year. I've been doing really well lately, but I always choke on meets. I'm down to about 5:45 miles, and could be nearly winning races. We had the bulldog challenge a couple days ago, and I came in the top 4 (won a t-shirt and everything! =D )...

does anyone else run? Any tips? I'm always looking for advice from other runners. My worst area in training is probably diet.... =/
