I think Peter Jackson let himself go before because frankly, when your film sweeps 11 oscars....you just don't care anymore.

"let himself go" before what? He was a slob when he was filming LotR before he got any Oscars for anything.

On the offical King Kong website they have some production videos. I didn't recognise him at first, he looks so different! That guy really works himself to the bone! In some of the videos he is falling asleep while they are meant to be directing a scene!

He's so thin now.

Does he have contacts also? It seems he's trying to spruce up his appearance a little since LotR movies.

Oo, I know! I saw a tiny little picture of him under an article in Entertainment Weekly about King Kong. I totally freaked and ran into the next room to show my parents. It looks like him, but it doesn't at the same time. Definitely a very huge change.

I think I kinda liked him the other way better.

He seemed to have more 'warmth' in his character when he was bigger I think. Is that the sort of thing you're trying to express Godly Paladin?

With his changes, does that mean he's not going to do any more movies like Meet the Feebles and Bad Taste?

Hmm... he does not look very "hobbit-like" without the extra pounds. As for looking "warm" with the extra weight,... that impression reminds me of Santa Claus.
