This is a GREAT movie! If you even remotely liked the first one then I'm sure you will like this one.
For those of you who have seen it; what did you think?
Also, you probably should see Ocean's 11 first, just because you'll understand a lot more in 12.

It was enjoyable, but not quite as good as the original was. It was missing some of the charm that made the first great.

True, I did enjoy watching them work up the plans and all.
It wasn't as complex as 11, that is a given also. But I enjoyed it a lot
all the same.

This movie is 20 times better than the first Ocean's Eleven which I found mundane and boring. The whole sequence where Julia Roberts joins the whole plot in the middle of the movie is easily one of the most surreal sequences I've seen. Heh. I don't care much for the first Ocean's Eleven but I'll add Ocean's Twelve to my collection any day.

I have to disagree with my esteemed colleague, bigsleepj. I thought the first one had a much better plot and was a lot better story-wise. The second one was every bit as enjoyable to watch (and perhaps more so - the Julia Roberts scene was one of the best I've seen), but the plot folded over on itself too many times.
Still very worth watching.

I liked it a lot, I saw it when it came out and again last night, and as a matter of fact it is on my tv right now. I like Ocean's 11 too but I had seen the orignal and so my opinion was a little biased because it ends so differently. But I loved Ocean's 12. The thing I liked most was all the dialouge and how natural it sounded, it was hilarious. And the part where Julia Roberts meets Bruce Willis--that was golden!

To me the movie felt very "adult," as in, iced tea and cornflakes adult. Do I liked iced tea and cornflakes? I must ponder this for awhile...

Personally, I like 12 better then 11. The plot for 12 just appealed to me more than the plot of 11.
Plus, that sequence when Toulour is making his way through the Great Hall was incredible.

I really couldn't follow it. The movie really bored me. But I have to say: I loved the first one. I didn't get through the second one.

Haha, the part where Don Cheadle is in the studio is hilarious!

while the second one was funny, most of the characters didn't really do anything. In the first one, all of them had an eccential part, but in twelve most of them were just standing around doing nothing.
My friend thought to was funny that bruce willis's part was larger than bernie mack's.
