I love LOTR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This thread is a few pages old but I need something to discuss LOTR in...

I know this is fairly old news, but what do you all think of The Hobbit movie? New Line wants to produce it but they have to wait for Peter Jackson to finish up King Kong before he can move on to The Hobbit. So it's most likely probably definitely gonna happen! ^0^

You all were talking 'bout The Silmarillion and a couple other Tolkien works... Yes, The Sil is hard but I love it to pieces. Especially the tale of Turin; despite the Turin/Nienor thing and it all being very sad I just liked that story for some reason. And yes, Luthien and Beren was a good one also. But most of all I liked the stories involving Feanor and/or his sons, because they just have the best dialogue in the whole book.

The Hobbit, going to be a movie? Yay! I wonder if they will have cards with that too that might go with the TCG. IT might be something good. I have read that book quite a few times. Why did the elves seem more mean in that one?

Imagen every other thing you see on TV have something to do with LOTR..eevery other convo having sometihng to do with LOTR..trust me you'd be sick of it...it doesnt help that I dont like Knights or Midevil England type stuff either.

Well, they're THINKING about making it into a movie. It'd be another huge money-maker, I'll give 'em that.

Plus, the Hobbit is way kewler anyway. It had a dragon!

Oh, and the elves probably were meaner in that one to make up for their inherent pansy-ness.
