This has been really irritating. When I reboot into windows, into my profile, the wireless won't come on right away and it seems I need to wait (For like... 3 minutes?) for this error message: Image

After I click OK, ,will things start working normally. Help?

(Dell Inspiron E|1705, Windows XP MCE 2005. Dell Wireless LAN card Utility)

Perhaps try reinstalling the wireless driver thing?

I figured it out... I turned off a few services that I guess I needed.
