Looking for a program

Ok, I'm looking for a particular type of program/script, preferably free. What I need is something that will be triggered whenever certain sites are visited and will then send an email to a given address when they are visited, or something to that affect. Also, it'd be nice if it requires a password to change the options and such.

Anyone know of anything that does this? I use Firefox, so if there's an extension/greasemonkey script that'll accomplish this that would work as well.

I'm already considering using LeechBlock to block certain sites at certain times, but I'd prefer something that'll notify someone else about it.
