I'm not much of a Beatles fan, but "Yesterday" is definitely one of my all-time favorite songs.

Eight Days a Week - it is somehow for me the definitive Beatles song, though I know it should not be. Sorry, these things happen.
Edit: Yesterday and Let it Be are also some of my favourites.

Let it Be
Here Comes the Sun
I Get by with a Little Help from My Friends
Though I will admit that now I'm a huge Beatles fan, my mom will tell you that when I was a kid (toddler-preschool) I was a huge Monkeys fan.

OH don't feel too bad about being a Monkees fan (that's how it's spelled), Atria. I actually learned that at least two of them actually could play instruments, which caused some tension with the executives that wanted them to maintain that packaged feel. They weren't a boy band by any means.

I have to admit, that's a huge point in their favor.

Is it just me or is it ironic that one of the biggest boy bands that girls went crazy over was named after a bug?
for Fav song of theirs, I'd have to say
"Here Comes The Sun".

"I tell ya, this generation's worse than the flappers, the hippies, and the Nazis combined! At least the flappers could dance, the hippies had those fat watch bands, and the Nazis had that song Eight Days a Week."
"No no, Ken, that was the Beatles!"
"What, well what did I say? Oh never mind."
