Can anyone recommend some foreign hiphop artists, maybe from Asia or Europe? Thanks.

Miyabi is awesome. He's J-Hip/hop.

Epik High - Korean Hip Hop

Home Made Kazoku - J-Pop-y Hip Hop

Monkey Majik - These guys are strictly J-hip hop. XD

Those would be my top picks. Though I have more. Epik High is awesome. You should check: Paris and Love Love Love. If you have a hard time finding them send a PM my way and I will help you out! ^__~

I enjoy SOUL'd OUT (a Japanese Latin beat/hip hop group), but I've had trouble finding their albums outside of Japan. As in, I've never found any of their albums. Not reasonably priced, anyway.

Halcali = good J-Hip hop.

Well, if you want to go very abstract, there is a South African style that can be very similar to hip hop called Kwaito. Not everyone's taste, but it would certainly be something different to look into. :)
