i think disco is sometimes overrated -_-' too much bow chicka bow wow type of thing. what kind of disco songs do you like?

Earth, Wind & Fire ftw! I love them XD. Key-A-Kiss has some good songs too.

I also like Eurobeat, which is like an evolved disco. My favourite Eurobeat artists are Franz Tornado, Nick Festari, and Bazooka Girl.

Right now my favourite songs in this sort of genre would have to be "Pistol Man" by Garcon (aka Nick Festari) and "Danger in Chinatown" by Jungle Bill (Franz Tornado and backup vocals by Bazooka Girl) and "Cocoa Bill" by Baby Bazooka. "Frontal Impact" by Daniel is really good too, in its own disturbing way.

I think by the time SNF came out, I was tired of Disco, and had wandered off into Punk, Jazz and Classical (I'm somewhat eclectic). When I liked it, it was mostly KC and the Sunshine Band stuff, plus stuff like "Oh What a Night", "Lady Maramalade", or "Jive Talkin'". I think that's in the 74 or 75 timeframe.

Disco overrated? Last time I checked it was one of the most reviled genres of all time, right next to rap metal and indie fusion jug band.
