graduation/open house music

hey guys,

as some of you may know, the light at the end of the tunnel is coming closer for high school seniors (May 19th, woot!!! well at least for me) and I was just wondering what are some good songs that deal with graduating or stuff that's similar too it. I remember there's a song by Vitamin C (wow that's old) it used something like Canon in D in the background. Anyways, just post the song title and artist, I really appreciate you guys helping out. that song "you raise me up" is good, so is "i will remember you"
