Waking Ashland

Does anyone else like Waking Ashland? I saw them play downtown last night and I was really impressed. The whole lead singer playing on a piano thing is pretty cool. They have this Weezer-ish vibe that I really dig, especially on the song "Rumors."

I love this band so much! My brother introduced me to them, and now I am hooked. My favorites of theirs are Rumors, I am For You, and Let Go. The piano thing is totally awesome. I absolutely love their style.

I want to get their first CD and their EP if I can find them on the cheap soon.

Rumors and I Am For You were probably their most energetic performances of the night. I thought I Am For You was going to be kind of slow and stuff from having heard it a while back but they way they played it live...they just tore it up. It was a really great performance.

I love their song "Hands On Deck" it's one of the best slow songs that I've heard in quite a while.
