Ancient Manga Scroll On Display In New York City

The Metropolitan Museum of Art will be displaying what is considered thousand year old manga scroll and 90 other items like folding screens and stage clothing which depict animals with words acting like humans like a manga or anime. These items have never been shown in Japan.
The exhibit runs until May.

This sounds really cool! When I went to one museum I was able to see really old illustrations for the Tale of Genji (I think, anyways)
