What is a good price for a gothic lolita dress? I know the price would vary dependin' on the quality of the dress but I don't want to overpay either. Any input would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks y'all and God bless~

Seeing as how I don't buy dresses, I wouldn't really have any input on this topic. But I did want to say geez, you haven't been around in ages. Glad to see you're doing well.

If you sew, then I think making your own would be the best way to go. If not... it's likely going to cost a lot.

What exactly are you looking for?

(I actually just googled for it, and found a website where there are a whole bunch of different dresses for about $68, so does that sound like a decent price?)

There can be some that cost over $120 or so, and some in the $90 range, so I think that the $68 ones are good, especially considering the variety, but there's always the chance that they aren't what you're looking for. You can find these dresses a lot of different places online for a lot of different prices. I think that under $70 is pretty good considering.

(EDIT: Here is where I was talking about, and by the sound of the customer review, it's pretty good. The retail price is $98, and the wholesale price is $68. But you're only asking about what a good price would be, right? and not where to find one. I just posted the link to clarify what I was talking about.)

It depends on who you're buying from/where you're buying from. If you're buying from someone who's known to produce good-quality dresses, then about 70-90 dollars is considered a Very good price.

I do intend on sewin' just 'bout everythin' I can, haha. :) But I wanted to buy one first.

Well, I have seen the lowest prices tend to be 'round $60's and $70's so I guess that is a decent price for it! :)
