Norad tracks Santa, now underway!

Hey everyone,
It's that time once again when Norad tracks Santa's trek around the world. As I'm sure you all know, Santa exists in a different space-time continuum than the rest of us, as evidenced by the fact that he apparently hasn't aged in the 500 or so years we've been recording his exploits. Though it appears he travels to impossible numbers of people in one 24 hour period, it's clear there's some space-time anomaly intrinsic either to his person or to his equipment.
If you have a young child you want to spend some quality online time with, you might want to consider Norad's Santa tracker. At the time I wrote this, Santa was making his way through the middle east and had popped up to the international space station.

Out here in Colorado Springs where NORAD is located they have continual updates on the TV from NORAD. It's pretty fun to watch.

The NORAD Tracker was always confusing to me as a kid, because the local network news always said they had their OWN Santa tracking system. Thus, I had to wonder why Atlanta's Channel 46 News had defensive capabilities comparable to the North American Aerospace Defense Command.
I thought about strange things as a child.

Strange, I have never heard of this before. Hm...I guess that means it's time to experiment.

It was always a family tradition to use NORAD's Santa tracker when I was younger.
...I still find myself following it, though maybe not quite as fervently as in years past.
Currently in Grenada right now!

This actually makes me incredibly happy, especially the 'how we track' page. It's just the sheer fun of NORAD of all places doing something like this.

How in Alabama.
Santa kind of takes an odd way to drop gifts off.

Well, from the website:
If one were to assume he works in the realm of standard time, he would have to limit his stay to about two to three ten-thousandths of a second per home!
That means it's pretty unlikely you would have seen him, even if you were awake.

That would explain how I found my stocking was already filled at midnight...
Though i guess by now he's taking a much deserved rest.

My theory was that Santa was a cloner. That explains all the mall santas and how he's able to do it all in one night.
