You know how there are always around 50 people viewing the site and around 30 of them aren't members? I feel like I'm being watched. Are they just members that aren't signed in? Or... what are they?

They aren't watching you, don't worry about that. They are just guests, I suppose, who have not signed up with CAA. Or they may be members that are logged out still on, but don't worry.

Please keep in mind that they may become future members so don't do anything especially heinous.

This is completely unrelated, but I think I remember hearing that Tsukie had a stalker at one point. However I think that this was in real life.

They're pretty much guests, search spiders, and search bots.

Oh, and they can't see what you do for the most part 'cause they're often prevented from seeing members' profiles.
