Sweet Smell of CAA

Talk about anything in here.

Apple Pie!!!!! Yeah, apple pie with cinnamon!!!

*drool dripping on keybord, receives slight electric shock*

Aghh! Ok, no apple pie. But then it should be that "new car smell". Ahhh, don't you just love that new car smell?
But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ. Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith-- that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and may share his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, that by any means possible I may attain the resurrection from the dead.

Molded plastic and gasoline? You've hit too close to home (so to speak) for me to let this chance pass.

It's time for an excercise in "wasting a bunch of time." Let's see what the computer for CAA really smells like. OK. It's an amalgamation of:

* Kitty Litter (it's near the trash can where the litter box is emptied).
* Carbon monoxide (It's right by the exaust pipe on my car).
* "Computer Smell" (greese, hot silicone, ozone, etc)
* Rusting Metal. Hmm... Maybe I need to upgrade that box.
* Motor oil. That's weird. I wonder why.
* Molded plastic. (See above).

O.O

What an age we live in...

But then, of course, I'd try to wrap myself up in my computer and I just don't think that would work. I would also be visiting the website even MORE than I visit now. Like Jamie, someone would have to "rescue" me from the computer.

Lol.
Maybe Frebreez?
That would be a nice smell. or winter smell or chocolate smell. ^^
Okay I'm getting a little to carried away now. ^^;;;

Wow. Now I know what the CAA computer really smells like. That's so cool! :)

I'd love it if the website smelled like coffee. It might even help me to stay awake if I logged on late at night...

ozone-tinted air with a high humidity on a 70 F day would be nice, like after a lightinking storm. (that's my favorite smell)

Sounds nice. I love the smell of ionized air. Smelled it earlier today when my friend was cranking an electrostatic generator.

I like the bookstore (with all the manga on here it only makes sense, and since some bookstores sell anime, that's even better) and the rainy day smells, but SOMEONE BEAT ME TO THE POCKY!!!! I was going to suggest that!!!

Regular Ramune might not be so good a scent, but melon Ramune...much better.

CAA should have the smell of tennis balls when you first break the seal from the can or the smell of new socks when you first open them from the bag!

The smell of tennis balls when you first break the seal? Man, whatever that gas they are stored in is HORRIBLE. It can make ya head hurt, lol. But anyway...I agree with the coffee shop/bookstore. That's good. Barnes and Nobles, FTW!

This thread would most definitely smell like something that's been rotting away for 4 years only to be dug up two years ago and dug up again...as for the rest of CAA, well that would just smell fishy...literally...

I think you smell fishy OH, BURN!!!
I'm Just Kidding, we love you Peanut. I wish I'd caught this thread when I was first here. That said, I think that CAA should smell like fresh autumn rain on pavement. Or maybe the smell should change depending on the season? During autumn it would smell like that, during winter it would be hot chocolate and slightly dusty centralized heating, during spring it would smell like fresh basil, and during summer it'd smell like roasted bugs on a halogen lamp. Actually, never mind, that's a really bad smell.

Oh, but that's the best thing about phoenix threads like these. Sometimes they come back, and lay waste to entire forums in a ball of flame-wars, only to allow the cycle of madness to begin again.

Anyway, I'd like to add the smell of freshly baked bread to the mix...
