can we ask for commissions?

I'm back after a long hiatus. I was wondering what are the rules on asking for commissioned artwork. Are we allowed to ask forum members for commissions?

I think I'd be more comfortable with allowing forum members to solicit commissions, and you can contact someone who's publicly said they will accept them. We can see how that works.

Naturally the board management is not responsible for someone not holding up their end of the bargain; you enter any business arrangement at your own risk.
