I fancy myself a bit of a historian, but in the writing of my novel, I have run across a few things I do not know. Who were some ancient philosophers, and not so ancient scientists who believed in spaceflight? I'm relatively sure of Galileo and Da Vinci, but no one else right off hand. I need a few. Thanks!
