I am sitting in front of a TV at about 1 to 2 years of age. I rub my eyes and end up like 2 years in the future.

I remember a table with sails, like a pirate ship. Possibly a birthday party, though I can't remember which one. It was back when we had a backyard though, so I'd have to be six or younger.

After that there's vague traces of my old room, our neighbor's garage, and the last day of (pre-)school in one of many large, uniform light-colored buildings before moving to my new (current) home, which was under heavy renovation when we arrived.

I remember arriving to a hotel room with my mother and turning on the TV. They were showing an old mickey mouse show. I reckon I must have been 3 years old.

The interesting thing is that is not a real memory, so to speak. Around the time when I was 8 years old or so and I discovered with despair that I couldn't remember almost the whole first half of my life, I tried very hard to find my first memory ever and I got that, with such an amazing clearity that it got stamped in my mind forever. So I don't really remember that moment. I remember myself remembering it.

Okay, this one is sad... :sniffle:

I remember when we where moving to Iowa. We were in an old blue car and we where going down the road and I was almost crying because I didn't want to leave. But my mom then was working for the USDA. Also I have a faint memory of when I was in the brick house we where living in when we still lived in TN.

I remember.. being very little (I was in a car seat).. I think we were in some kind of field :-? Our blue Chevy broke down and we were all waiting for some help xDD
